We designed the apartments before the customers' rest and rental.
Clients wanted to see in their future apartment - a separate kitchen-living room, bedroom, children's room, and of course a bathroom.
We coped with the task 100%.
We managed to place all the rooms in 50 square meters.
The interior is made in neoclassical style.

Residential complex Ministerial Lakes - Sochi
Apartment - 54 sq.m
We designed an apartment for the client's parents who are planning to move to Sochi.
Initially, the client wanted to see an apartment in the colonial style, but he understood that this style is used mainly in large spaces, which did not correspond at all to the area of our apartment.
Therefore, we decided not to completely abandon the idea, but to combine colonial, modern and ethnic styles.
We also demolished all the partitions, and of course, coordinated all these points and connected the loggia with the living area, glazing it.
When planning the apartment, the task was to make a separate bedroom and a kitchen-living room.
Due to the fact that daylight penetrates only through the loggia, it was decided to zone the bedroom with glass partitions, thereby natural light will penetrate into the bedroom.

In the bathroom, we allocated the bath area with a green boar, and the area where we have a sink with a beautiful round mirror.
The interior turned out to be monochrome with bright purple accents.
